We guarantee that our products will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense.
We stock most of our products in our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse. You will receive two emails after your purchase. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your order. We will send a second email when we ship your order. This email will include a tracking number to track your package. The estimated delivery time is typically between two to six days after receiving the order. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam folders, as they sometimes end up there. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
